We had animal visitors for the holidays.
This cute pooch (above)
pooped on the carpet
and
this cute pooch (above)
peed
in the kitchen
and
this tired pup (above)
finally gave up
chewing the wrapping paper
and the Christmas tree
and the stuffed frog
and
collapsed
with his buddy, the horse
and
these two mellow bears
let themselves
be dragged and pulled
and hugged and ridden
and they did not
chew or poop or pee
anywhere
at
all.
I love dogs. :-)
ReplyDeleteI love them, too, but they are a challenge sometimes! The tired pup pix is especially telling!
ReplyDeleteGood dogs! Doing their jobs well!
ReplyDeleteIt could be worse! (The word verification is "spotte.")
ReplyDeleteLove it!.... I can picture it as clearly as if I were right there.
ReplyDeleteah, home for the holidays.
ReplyDeleteHahahaha! And you were wishing for lots of SNOW on top of all this. Thank your lucky stars!
ReplyDeletePoor pups. Did Santa leave them lumps of coal ("char"coal) in their stockings? Good air purification qualities. . .
ReplyDeleteWe love our pets despite their shortcomings, as they do their owners. I think they actually have more to tolerate.
At our place, kids all home means a total of 8 dogs and 1 cat traversing the homestead: makes for a fascinating, furry, noisy, poop-y holiday! Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteHAHAHA! You made me smile! Happy New Year, dear Sharon!
ReplyDeleteAnd I'll bet the bears didn't shed either! Happy New Year!
ReplyDeleteThis is why we have cats...
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, Sharon. Wishing you the best of everything.

It is a wonder the dogs didn't chew on the bears. Pepper Jax chews on things. Several things have been chewed apart. tails on mice for the cat have all disappeared.
ReplyDeleteYour house sounds like mine - the moral being 'bears are best.' Happy New Year, Sharon x
ReplyDeleteDamn I wish I'd read this post six years ago before I brought two lurchers home in a cardboard box.
ReplyDeleteDo u like dogs because i like dogs
ReplyDeleteAnonymous - yes I like dogs.
