ReplyDeleteJulie: no.
ReplyDeleteOh, yay!!!
ReplyDeleteI loved Karen Hesse's Out of the Dust when I was a kid! I'll have to re-read it; it's been a while. Enjoy her new book, Sharon!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to learn more! Please share what you can.
ReplyDeleteJust today I was thinking that I haven't had the pleasure of a new Karen Hesse book for some time. This is very good news.
ReplyDeleteOh, I hope to be able to hold it and to discover it too very soon!
ReplyDeleteCan't wait to get my lil' hands around it.
ReplyDeleteI love the cover and am anxious to view her photos interspersed with the story! Thanks for sharing the cover.
ReplyDelete! I sense your excitement ! All for good reason. . . an Advance Review Copy! :-)
ReplyDeleteThe graphic artist in me is lovin' that cover, esp. the lovely typestyle used for the title and author's name. I like its overall feel.
Re your comment on my blog, I was also taken with the wishing wall. Thank you for the nice comments.
I would love to read it also.
ReplyDeleteBTW: The kitties on my dog and cat blog are Sisters. Cute babies. MB
Thank you for the advanced notice... she is an author I have not read before. The lure of her photography makes this an enticing book to investigate.
ReplyDeleteHow cool! She is very talented!

To my surprise, the cover of Ruby Holler, a favorite read on the upper level of my Shelfari bookshelf, has a new look. Very interesting. I like it. I also have the book on my Kindle and granddaughter Elyse, who also loves the book and has her own copy at home, likes to read it when she comes to visit. I note a bit of "stickiness" on my reader now that it is being shared with a seven year old. No complaints though. . . I'm simply glad that my granddaughter likes to read.
ReplyDeleteSharon, the Ruby Holler book with the new cover appeared on Shelfari automatically.
