I frequently get shots like that in the morning. We are not that far from the Rochester Airport...but I think it could be military planes. Can't see commercial flights being that close to each other.The next few days should be spectacular on the lake. Enjoy!

I spent time along a lake once. Loved to watch the seasons and skies change with weather. Perfect place for a writer.
