If you scroll back one day in this blog
you'll see this same view
in
different weather
and if you were to lean in closer
on this snowy day
you'd pass through
the window glass
and be right here
right now
. . .

Life and writing, serious and humorous, old and young, past and present: it's all part of the fabric.
“Maybe we’re here only to say: house, bridge, well, gate, jug, olive-tree, window--at most, pillar, tower--but to say them, remember, oh! to say them in a way that the things themselves never dreamed of so intensely.” --Rilke
This is a beautiful setting. No wonder you left the lake in western NY. Wow!
ReplyDeleteStunning!
ReplyDeleteI spent a large portion of my life against my window glass.
I love your view. I love its fractured beauty. I didn't think you could match that lake view in NY, but you have!
ReplyDeleteI wonder what it would look like standing on the water, seeing the window from the other side.
ReplyDeleteI love the path that goes down to the water. What a peaceful place. You hit the jackpot.
ReplyDeleteVery cool, passing through the glass...What a different palette of colors from that other day!
ReplyDeleteI want to be right there, right now. Beautiful words and scenery!
ReplyDeleteBelas fotografias...Espectacular....
