Stones


Stones on my desk

When I am thinking
I'll pick one up
and roll it around
in my hand

they're cool and smooth
and reassuring

they're simple
and astonishing

and I love them

    I can see why you love, them, Sharon...Such beautiful sculptures of nature..."simple and astonishing", I love that...and, the soft colors of the earth here are reassuring to my eyes as well...merci...R.

    I say to you, I definitely get annoyed while people consider worries that they just

    i love rocks, especially ones who are shaped like hearts. it looks like you have an apricot heart in your bunch! and, i sure like that big guy in the front. he reminds me of a half-eaten drumstick.

    Malyss -- that's so funny because "doo-doo" here means poop! Think of the confusion between a French and American speaker - "I'm holding some doo-doo." haha. xx
